(1) Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.

(2) Delivery
We will package and deliver the products you order from our website generally within 14 days of ordering, but please allow 28 days. If any of the products you ordered are out of stock, we will let you know by phone and either refund the cost or forward the product as requested by you in this instance.

(3) Refund policy
For CDs & DVDs: We offer a full money back guarantee if the product (CDs and DVDs) is received damaged. We will return the money within 7 days if product is returned still sealed. If an item that you ordered is out of stock, we will call you and either refund the price of that item or send them item to you when we receive it from our suppliers, as per your instructions. We offer no other refunds. Please note that DVDs are PAL format only, not NTSC. Check if your DVD player accepts both. There is no problem playing them on your PC.

For Courses: There is a 10% fee for refunds once the booking has been accepted to cover admin costs. There is a 30% cancellation penalty up to one month before the course, 80% cancellation penalty up to one week before the course and 100% cancellation penalty if you cancel with less than one weeks notice. In special cases, we may consider alter this refund policy where we have discussed the case on a one-to-one basis.

(4) Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all our intellectual property rights are reserved.

(5) Licence to use website
You may view, download for caching purposes only, print pages or view PDF files, and listing to MP3 files from the website, provided that:

(a) you must not republish material from this website (including republication on another website), or reproduce or store material from this website in any public or private electronic retrieval system;

(b) you must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit our website or material on our website for a commercial purpose, without our express written consent;

(c) you must not edit or otherwise modify any material on the website.

The information on this website is provided free-of-charge, and you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website.
